We've uncovered a glitch in Westjet's pricing where it automatically discounts up to $570 when you book 2 roundtrip flights to Europe and/or Asia into one itinerary.

Asia - Basic economy fares include 1 carry-on & 1 checked bag.

Select dates departing from March through December (varies by destination)


Search Instructions

1. Use Google Flights to search for dates


Eligible Westjet Destinations from Toronto & Travel Windows:


Dublin (non-stop flights): Late March – Mid-October


Edinburgh (non-stop flights): Mid-May – September


London (1-stop flights): May – October


Paris (1-stop flights): May – October


Amsterdam (1-stop flights): end-May - October

*return flights has an overnight layover in Halifax


Seoul (1-stop flights): April – October


Tokyo (1-stop flights): March – December


2. Search and note your preferred dates for your first roundtrip flight.


3. Search and note your preferred dates for your second roundtrip flight.


4. Finally, switch to Multi-City Search on Google Flights. Enter your four flights and check the final price.


Make sure the math checks out! It should knock off approximately $350 to $570 when booking it together on one itinerary versus booking it separately.


Google flights will give you the option to book directly with Westjet.


Here are a few examples:


Sample search: Toronto to London & Tokyo

London is currently going for $818 roundtrip from June 12 to 19, while Tokyo is priced at $1267 from September 16 to 24. When you combine the two roundtrip flights into one itinerary, the price comes out to $1683 (as opposed to $2085 booking separately). Total savings of $416


Sample search: Toronto to Dublin & Edinburgh

Dublin is currently going for $671 roundtrip from May 7 to 14, while Edinburgh is priced at $880 from August 6 to 13. When you combine the two roundtrip flights into one itinerary, the price comes out to $1015 (as opposed to $1551 booking separately). Total savings of $536


Sample search: Toronto to Seoul & Tokyo

Seoul is currently going for $1333 roundtrip from April 23 to May 2, while Tokyo is priced at $1421 from August 31 to September 10. When you combine the two roundtrip flights into one itinerary, the price comes out to $2287 (as opposed to $2754 booking separately). Total savings of $467


Sample search: Toronto to Amsterdam, return back from Paris & Toronto to Dublin

You can also fly in and out of different cities.

Toronto to Amsterdam & return back from Paris is currently going for $996 roundtrip from Jul 6 to 20, while Dublin is priced at $885 from September 10 to 18. When you combine the two roundtrip flights into one itinerary, the price comes out to $1315 (as opposed to $1881 booking separately). Total savings of $566
