UPDATE 2 @ Nov 3: GREAT NEWS! Air Canada will be HONOURING the price error/san fran package deal! I just got off the phone with them, and they acknowledged it was an error on their end and will be honouring all bookings. Also got reports from other folks getting the same response.

If you'd like to cancel, they're also offering a full refund. Congrats to those who were able to take advantage of this incredible deal!
